Phase 1 — Site visit and listening

In every town

Ground, orientation, prevailing winds and how you want to use the space: the design starts here.

Planting design

Mediterranean species suited to the Puglia climate and soil: olive trees, citrus, lavender, rosemary, ornamental grasses. Planting plans for year-round colour with reduced water use.

Systems and paving

Drip irrigation, technical garden lighting, drainage, stone and porphyry paving, dry stone walls, steps and edging.

Maintenance

Designed to reduce maintenance: species selection, mulching, efficient systems. Maintenance plans available on request.

Why choose us — Gardens and outdoor landscaping

The garden is the first thing you see as you arrive home and the last thing your eye rests on in the evening. Designing it well means creating a space that works in every season, takes little time to care for and uses little water: Mediterranean planting is perfect for this.

In Puglia a garden must converse with the climate — heat, salt air, wind — and with the architecture of the house: stone, lime, shade. That is why we choose species suited to the place and materials that age well, and we design irrigation and lighting together with the planting, not afterwards.

From a small historic-centre courtyard to a large garden with a pool, every intervention follows the same method: listening, design, careful execution, simple maintenance. The result is a space that becomes part of the home.

How we work, step by step

1. Site visit and listening

Ground, orientation, winds, how you want to use the space: the design grows from here.

2. Planting design

Mediterranean plant palette, flowering plans, trees and shaded areas.

3. Earthworks

Levelling, drainage, preparation of the ground and the beds.

4. Irrigation and lighting

Efficient drip systems and technical lighting so you can enjoy the garden in the evening too.

5. Paving and structures

Paths, courtyards, dry-stone walls, pergolas, steps and edging.

6. Planting

Trees, shrubs, grasses and lawns laid with care and mulched.

7. Care plan

Maintenance instructions and, on request, routine and periodic care programmes.

A courtyard that becomes a garden

The stone courtyard of a house in Conversano, entirely paved and sun-baked, where the family wanted greenery, shade and a corner for outdoor dining.

We lifted part of the paving, created beds with lavender and grasses, installed a wooden pergola and a drip irrigation system. Today the courtyard is cool in summer, fragrant and takes an hour a week to look after.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about costs, timelines and permits for Gardens and outdoor landscaping. If your question is missing, write to us: we always reply.

What happens after you request a quote

Many clients ask us what happens after the first call. The answer is simple and always the same. Within one working day we call you back to understand the work, your priorities and the timeline you have in mind. Then we arrange the free site survey in your town: it is the most important appointment, because that is where ideas turn into real numbers. Measuring, photographs, listening: no serious quote is ever written without having seen the house.

Within a week of the survey you receive a detailed quote, itemised line by line, with materials, timelines and a work schedule. If you decide to go ahead, we handle everything: contract, permits, opening the site, documented progress, stage inspections and final handover. At every moment you know who to call, what is happening and how much is left. That is what we mean by working without surprises: not the promise of a perfect result, but the certainty of a clear process.

Our commitments, always

Free quote, no obligation

The survey and the quote are free of charge: if it is not for you, you owe nothing. That is how every relationship of trust begins.

One contact person

A single person follows your project from start to finish, knows every detail and picks up the phone when you need it.

Materials declared

Brand and model of every material are listed in the quote: you know exactly what comes into your home, with no surprises on site.

Aftercare

The warranty is only the beginning: we remain your point of reference for maintenance and any future work on the house.

+How much does it cost to start a renovation project?

The site survey and the quote are free of charge and without obligation. Design and permit costs start from 800-3,000 euros depending on complexity, and are always listed separately in the final quote.

+How long between the first call and the start of works?

On average four to six weeks: one or two for the quote, two to four for design and permits. Small jobs can move faster; restorations with restrictions need longer technical timescales.

+How are payments handled?

Through verifiable stage payments: every payment matches a completed and documented phase, with photographs. No disproportionate deposit before work begins.

+What guarantees do you offer?

Ten-year structural warranty, two years on workmanship defects, system compliance certificates at handover and full documentation delivered with the keys.

+Do you work with clients living abroad?

Yes, it is a large part of our work: weekly photo and video updates, progress video calls, quotes in English and one contact person managing the whole process.

+Can I choose my own materials and suppliers?

Of course. We prepare the schedule with exact quantities and work with your preferred suppliers, or recommend local ones we have worked with for years: the choice is always yours.
